​A Message To Our Community:

At L’OCCITANE, our boutiques have always and will always stand as a symbol of brightness. Throughout everything, we believe in relentless optimism and unwavering hope. We represent all of the people without whom we would not exist—our trusted producers, passionate beauty advisors, and you—a member of our family. Our top priority for our community is health and safety. 

That is why, in light of the growing concerns surrounding COVID-19, we have decided to temporarily close our boutiques for a four-week period, until further notice. Likewise, for our colleagues in the Head Office and the Warehouse, so we have now taken the very difficult decision to close our entire retail network in New Zealand (whether Stores or Online) as of 5 PM Tuesday 24th of March, until Friday 21st of April, when we hope we will be able to reopen.

We will, of course, keep on reviewing the situation on a daily basis, and we will communicate in due course on whether the re-opening of our stores/ Online will be possible on the 21st of April.

Our hearts go out to those affected by COVID-19, and during moments like these, we are encouraging you and our teams to stay home and spend time with those who matter most. We continue to closely monitor this situation daily, and we will keep you posted on any new developments. We thank you for your continued support and look forward to seeing you soon. Our doors may have temporarily closed, but the light will always be on. 

Dispatchment of Orders: You can still place orders on our website but please remember your order(s) will be dispatched once it is safe for our staff to do so. We will follow the guidelines set by MBIE.
