Position Title: Beauty Ambassador- Part-Time
Stores: We need Beauty Ambassadors for the following stores: Milford, Newmarket, Riccarton, Britomart & Commercial Bay.

Department: Retail
Reports to: Store Manager

The main responsibilities of this role are: Welcoming the client in and make her/him feel at ease. Presenting the L'Occitane products in line with the uniqueness of the brand. Building customer relationships by telling our "true stories" with passion. Assisting and supporting customers in choosing skincare, fragrances and home products for themselves and as gifts. Developing strong product knowledge of the entire L'Occitane product line and contribute to reach the sales according to the objective.

Major Responsilities:
- Support store operations, policies and procedures.
- Maintain a qualitative presentation of L'Occitane brand.
  (clean, attractive, well presented)
- Participate in promotional activities.
- Participate to trainings performe.
- Monitor stock and control testers and samples stock.
- Communicate and report to the shop manager and other colleagues.
- Guarantee secrecy of internal information as well as performance of the brand.
- Know and respect the image as well as the commercial policy of l'Occitane.
- Adopt an ethical attitude with the competition.


Presentation & Required Skills:
- The personal presentation must be in accordance with L'Occitane image:
  (the hairstyle must be simple and neat, discrete makeup.)
- The candidate must be dynamic, service-minded, organised and team-spirit oriented.
- Willingness and flexibility to work in shifts.
- Positive, professional and energetic attitude.
- Passion for customer service, selling, and product knowledge.
- A second language would be beneficial.
