Beautiful creamy texture and feels lovely on my skin. I love the smell too. Seems to clean well but haven’t yet tried with a full face of make up. Not sure yet if I like it as much as the Cleansing Oil as I’ve only just started to use it.

The Shea Milk cleanser is a great make-up remover and leaves skin feeling incredibly smooth!

I have very dry, sensitive skin that used to constantly break out. I have used various cleansers over time and finally switched from Micellar water to "milky" cleansers early last year. I initially used a Chanel one that was great but the price point was just way too high. When I found this one from L'Occitane I was over the moon. It is as kind on my skin as the Chanel one at half the price, and leaves my usually dry skin feeling silky smooth. I currently use it in conjunction with a L'Occitane toner, Glossier serums and Charlotte Tilbury moisturiser and all of these have my skin looking healthier and clearer than it's looked since I was a pre-teen. Having this as the base layer to get all my make-up off (and the grime of city living) is the perfect start to a cleansing routine. My only complaint is that L'Occitane discontinued the matching toner - I loved that toner! I'm trying out a few different L'Occitane ones currently, but have yet to find one that is as kind to my skin as this one was.

I have normal to dry sensitive skin. I did not experience any sensitivity issues with the product, but found it left my skin quite dry and flaky. It might suit me better during the warmer months when my skin tends to be less dry. But for now, not for me.
